What do you need to do register?
1. $190 - make checks payable to IPC, and write “Buffalo Retreat” in the memo line. $100 first payment saves your spot. Remaining balance is due by Wednesday, November 8th. When making this first payment, you are agreeing to pay for the entire cost of the trip.
2. Signed IPC Registration and Release Form (in the brochure mailout).
3. Have your student sign the Student Agreement portion on the “Weekend Information.” Tear off the bottom of the sheet and turn it in with the registration and release form. You can keep the top portion of the page for your information.
4. Sign and turn in the Victory Ranch Minor Release Form.
Tim Johnson (Pastoral Resident at 2PC), will be speaking this year! We are thrilled to have him share God's Word with us. John is married to Gina and they have three children: Noah, Luke, and Lily Grace. Tim spoke at the Edge 2016 and his theme for the Buffalo retreat this year is Justification.
$190 - Covers the ropes course activities, transportation, t-shirt, meals, lodging, and all the fun you can have in just under 48 hours! A $100 payment saves your spot; remaining balance is due by Wednesday, November 8th. This first payment indicates that you agree to pay for the entire cost of the trip. Financial assistance is available for those who demonstrate financial need. For financial assistance consideration please fill out this application and pay the $100 deposit (which will be refunded if we can’t offer additional help).
Getting There & Coming Back
Check-In will be at IPC’s front entrance at 3:30 p.m., on Friday, November 17, and we will return on Sunday, November 19, at approximately noon as the second service is getting out. We will be traveling in chartered buses from Crown Coach.
Pajama Jam Dance Party!!
Saturday night is our Pajama Jam Dance Party! Go all out in your favorite pajamas. Some great ideas: onesies, stuffed animals, pillows, cartoon and comic character prints, your favorite glow-in-the-dark t-shirt, "blankies", retainers, snuggies, fuzzy slippers, night gowns, night caps, sleep masks, flannel, etc. Four prizes will be awarded: 6th, 7th, and 8th, and All Around Best Dressed.
