Starting September 23, IPC will offer senior fitness classes on Mondays and Thursdays for the Malone Community, Norton Community, and anyone else who wants to improve their overall physical wellness and stability.
Classes are tailored for two different ability levels and led by IPC member Kristy Bell, who is an occupational therapist.
Group A (Monday and Thursday, 9:00-9:45 a.m.)
For those who are physically active but want to improve strength, balance, and flexibility; includes some aerobic exercise.
Group B (Monday and Thursday, 10:00-10:45 a.m.)
For those who have become inactive; are recovering from a surgery, fall, or physical ailment; or simply recognize the need to address wellness, strength, balance, and flexibility.
No charge to attend.
